Yoga & Meditation

Got Stress? Feel tight? Always wanted to try yoga?  Come join us on Monday mornings at 9:30 AM in the Vista Room or Monday evenings at 7:15 PM at Mount Diablo Unitarian Universalist Church. We do very gentle stretching yoga, breath exercises, and laughter yoga.  From 11:00 to 11:30 AM, join us for a guided meditation based on the Week’s scripture which includes a prayer for world peace. Make a difference in your life and the world. Come for one part or both. Relax and deepen your experience of God.

We will begin meeting again on September 26th.
